Legal aid
You are able to seek legal aid when you are charged with certain offences. Here is the form you may want to fill out https://www.justice.govt.nz/assets/Documents/Forms/Application-for-Criminal-Legal-Aid-Form-v13-editable-v3.pdf
If you have been charged with an offence of more than 10 years you can choose the lawyer to represent you. I am able to accept your instruction in this case.
Private instruction
I am also able to represent you if you do not qualify for legal aid. In some cases I can receive direct instructions from you, and of course am able to receive your instructions if you have an instructing solicitor.
